As a rule, each reservation is valid up to 6 pm on the Scheduled arrival date.

In case a different time is clearly indicated in the booking request, the reservation is valid according to the arrangements.

Reservations coinciding with A and B events as indicated in the price list are subject to the following terms of payment:

• The total price for the entire stay must be paid not later than 14 days prior to the Scheduled arrival date;

• Cancellation of a booking is possible only within the above specified time period.

• In the case of reservations made less than 14 days in advance, payment must be made within 24 hours from the booking request by wire transfer (copy of the transfer confirmation) or by way of securing the settlement with the credit card number and expiry  date.

No refunds are offered in the event a guest cancels a booking which had already been settled, introduces changes or does not arrive on the scheduled date.

The hotel night starts at 2.00 pm on the scheduled arrival date and ends at 12.00 on the scheduled departure date.
